Ingredientes:
300 gr. esparguete
5 ou 6 salsichas tipo alemà
1 cebola
1 c. sopa polpa de tomate
3 ovos grandes
Sal e pimenta qb
azeite
Preparação:
Cozer o esparguete.
Entretanto, numa frigideira grande fazer um refogado com o azeite e a cebola picada grosseiramente. Quando a cebola jà estiver cozinhada, colocar as salsichas cortadas às rodelas e a polpa de tomate, deixar cozinhar em lume médio durante uns minutos.
Juntar o esparguete cozido, envolver no preparado de salsichas. Bater os ovos e incoporar até ficarem cozinhados.
Rectificar os temperos e servir !
