- 4 rodelas de ananas
- 4 laranjas
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 caixa de morangos
- Açucar a gosto
- 2 folhas de gelatina
Preparação :
Cortar o ananas e os morangos , juntar-lhes o açucar e reservar.
Amolecer a gelatina num pouco de àgua fria.
Espremer as laranjas , aquecer o sumo, escorrer a gelatina e junta-las ao sumo de laranja ainda quente e mexer bem.deixar arrefecer o sumo.
Com uma colher de varas mexer o leite condensado para arejar um pouco, juntar-lhe o sumo de laranja jà frio mexer tudo novamente.
Numa tacinhas colocar em primeiro no fundo um pouco da mistura de morangos com ananas, verter por cima o créme de laranja.
Deixar solidificar um pouco e juntar novamente por cima mais frutos.
Servir bem fresco.
