Ingrédients :
- 3 claras de ovo
- 100 gr. de açucar glacé
- 1 pintada de sal
- Vermicelles arco-iris
Preparação :
Pré-aquecer o forno à 100°C.
Verte uma pintada de sal nas claras de ovo.
Bater as claras em castelo bem firmes e juntar aos poucos o açucar glacé, continuando a bater com o batedor até ficar bem firme.
Forrar um tabuleiro com papael vegetal.
Colocar a merengada num saco pasteleiro e colocar pequenas porções no tabuleiro,(ver foto).
Levar ao forno cerca de 1h30.
Ao fim do tempo abra a porta e deixe arrefecer no interior do forno.
Retire do forno, verta um pouco de açucar glace no fundo de um prato e coloque os suspiros….. e agora ? està à espera de qué ???
