Ingredientes :
- Sobras de lombo de porco
- 1 cebola
- 1 calice de vinho branco
- 1 c. de sopa de polpa de tomate
- Azeite
- 1 massa folhada
- 2 c. de sopa de leite
- 1 gema de ovo
Preparação :
Colocar uma certa ao lume com o azeite, picar a cebola e coloca-la no azeite a dourar.
Entretanto leve o lombo de porco a ralar no robot.
quando a cebola estiver a seu gosto, coloque o lombo de porco desfeito , o calice de vinho branco e a polpa de tomate, deixe marinar bé maté ficar praticamente sem molho.
Tempere se necesario e deixe arrefecer.
Quando estiver frio , estenda a massa folhada e coloque a seu gusto o preparado anterior.
Mexa uma gema de ovo com o leite e barre os folhados.
Leve ao forno até dourarem.
