Ingredientes :
- Frango
- moelas
- 250 gr. de ervilhas frescas
- 1 cenoura
- 1 cebola
- Oleo
- 2 c. de sopa de polpa de tomate / 1 tomate
- 1 copo de vinho branco
- Sal, pimenta e um pouco de clorau
Preparação :
Num Tachinho colocar o oleo e por a cebola a lourar, quando esta estive a seu gosto, colocar o vinho branco, polpa de tomate ou um tomate, clorau, sal e pimenta, deixar marinar alguns minutos e juntar as ervilhas, cenoura partidinha aos bocadinhos , as moelas, acrescentar àgua e deixar cozinhar até as moelas ficarem bem cozidas, ai sim junta-se o frango e deixa-se marina raté o frango ficar cozido, deixando algum molho no tacho , para verter depois por cima do acompanhamento, eu acompanhei com uma massinha cozida, assim verti a caldeirada por cima da massa e servi.
Estava super delicioso, recebi os parabens de tods ca de casa, nao sam muito mas, é sempre agradavel receber-los.
