Ingredientes:
- 8 fatias de brioche
- 125 gr. de chocolate preto derretido ou chocolate de barra (Milka)
- 2 ovos
- 1/2 chàvena de leite
- 1/4 de chàvena de açucar
- 1colher de essencia de baunilha
- 1 colher de margarina
- açucar em po para polvilhar
Preparação:
Barrar as fatias de brioche com o chocolate derretido, ou colocar o chocolate em barra no interior.
Colocar por cima a outra fatia de brioche.
Num recipiente bater os ovos , o leite , o açucar e a essencia de baunilha.
Aquecer numa frigideira em lume médio, adicionar a margarina .
Rapidamente passar a sanduiche de brioche pela mistura de ovo e colocar na frigideira.
Cozinhar de ambos os lados até dourar.
Polvilhar com açucar branco.
Servir ainda mornas.
