Ingredientes:
- 1 litro de leite
- 6 gemas de ovo
- 6 colheres de sopa de açucar
- 2 pacotes de pudim mandarim
- 20 bolachas maria
- caramelo q.b
Preparação:
Levar ao lume o leite com as bolachas maria, reserve um pouco de leite para depois desfazer os pacotinhos de mandarim.
Bater bem o açucar com as gemas, desfazer os pacotinhos de madarim no leite reservado e juntar à preparação anterior.
Quando o leite estiver bem quente e as bolachas quase desfeitas, juntar a preparação anterior, levar novamente ao lume durante 5 mn.
passar tudo pela varinha magica e reservar.
Barrar uma forma com caramelo e verter a preparação anterior dentro da forma e levar ao figorifico até a hora de servir.
