Ingredientes :
-1 hamburger por pessoa
- 1 cebola
- 1 dente de alho
- 1 caldo de carne
- 1 copo de vinho branco
- Molho de tomate
- Molho fajita
- Sal e pimenta
- Queijo ralado
- Orégano
Preparação :
Comesar por desfazer as hamburger com um garfo e reservar.
Num tacho ou certà verter um pouco de oleo e picar a cebola, deixar lourar, juntar as hamburger, sal , pimento vinho o molho de tomate e de fajita, caldo de carne knorr e o oregano.
Deixar marinar até ficar quase sem liquido.
A parte num tachinho cozer a massa quando esta cozida, escorre-la e passa-la por àgua fria, verter um pacote de bechamel por cima da massa e envolver tudo muito bem e reservar.
Num pirex de ira o forno deitar metade da massa, deitar de seguida a carne de hamburger por cima e novamente colocar o restante da massa.
