Ingredientes :
- 1 banana por pessoa
- Chocolate em créme
- Coco ralado
- 1 colher de sopa Margarina
- 2 colheres de sopa de açucar
Preparação :
Preparar as bananas, tirando-lhes a pel e abrindo-as ao meio e reservar.
Numa certa, colocar a margarina e deichar derreter , juntar seguidamente o açucar e deixar caramelisar.
Quando obter um caramelo clarinho adicionar as banas deixando dourar 3 mn de cada lado.
Colocar as banas em pratos individuais, cobrindo-as de chocolate e de coco.
Servir rapidamente, pois convém comer-las mornas.
