Ingredientes:
- Arroz
- 1 cenoura
- 1 xicara de ervilhas
- 1 ovo por pessoa
- 2 fatias de fiambre
Preparação:
Cozer o arroz juntamente com as ervilhas e a cenoura raspada.
Entretanto fritar os ovos dos dois lados de maneira que fiquem bem passados e corta-los aos bocados e reservar.
Cortar tambem ãos quadrados o fiambre e reservar.
Quando o arroz estiver cozido juntar-lhe os ovos e o fiambre, misturar tudo e verter num prato de servir.
