Ingredientes:
- Lombinhos de vitela ( 1 por pessoa)
- 1 pacote de natas
- Cogumelos naturais laminados
- Queijo Mozzarella
- 1 Limão
- 1 dente de alho
Preparação:
Tempere os lombinhos de vitela com sumo de limão, alho e sal.
Colocar os lombinhos num tabuleiro de ao forno.
Cobrir os lombinhos com os cogumelos, colocar a mozzarella de forma abundante por cima dos cogumelos.
Regar tudo com um pacote de natas e levar ao forno até estar cozinhado.
Conselho:
Sempre que faço estes lombinhos de vitela no forno eles libertam uma enorme quantidade de àgua, eu retiro a àgua no meio do tempo, para que os lombinhos não cozam.
