Ingredientes:
- 2 pacotes Mandarin
- 1 l de leite
Preparação:
Desfazer o conteudo de dois madarins num pouco de leite e reservar.
Levar o restante do leite ao lume até ferver, juntar de seguida a mistura anterior reservada e mexer durante 3 mn.
Verter tudo numa forma untada de caramelo.
( eu preferi não untar a forma, assim ao desformar verti por cima do puding o açucar cassonade e queimei um pouco com um chalimeau, o que deu um gostinho torradinho muito agradavel)
Levar ao figorifico durante 2 a 3 horas.
Servir fresquinho!
