Ingredientes:
- 125 gr. de farinha
-1 pintada de sal
- 2 ovos
- 25 gr. de açucar
- 300 ml de leite
- 1/2 colher de(chà) éssencia de baunilha
- 100 gr. de chocolate néstle
- 50 gr de chocolate branco néstle
- frutos exoticos
- Biscoitos de coco
Preparação:
Bater todos os ingredientes e reservar na geladeira durante 1 hora.
Numa tarteira, untar e polvilhar, colocar os frutos e o creme por cima.
Levar ao forno a 180°C durante 1h15 até a massa dourar.
Deixar arrefecer e cobrir com os dois chocolates, colocando biscoitos de coco em toda a volta.
Levar ao figorifico para solidificar o chocolate.
Retirar o bolo do figorifico 1h30 antes de servir.
