Ingredientes:
- 2 rolos de massa folhada
- 2 a 3 maças fatiadas finamente
- creme pasteleiro
- canela q.b.
- 1 gema de ovo batida com um pouquinho de àgua ou leite
- geleia ou doce para dar brilho
Preparação:
Fazer o creme pasteleiro e deixar arrefecer.
Colocar uma das massas na tarteira e ficar o fundo com um garfo.
Colocar o creme pasteleiro e alisar a superficie.
Polvilhar com canela.
Colocar as massas por cima do creme pasteleiro.
